Instructions for completing On-line Registration
Complete the form.
You must have a valid e-mail and mobile phone number to gain access to the conference.
Registration is complete once payment is received.
Payment can be made through Givelify (specify 2023SJG in the memo) or by mail. Must be postmarked by February 1, 2023 for Early Registration and February 22, 2023 for General Registration.
When form is complete, Select "Submit Registration" and you will be directed to Givelify for payment.

There will be a $50.00 non-refundable fee for cancellations or no shows. Delegate will receive the registration packet and DVD's of the conference.
