Instructions for completing On-line Registration

Complete the form. (One (1) form per person. All required fields must be completed.)

You must have a valid e-mail and mobile phone number to gain access to the conference.

Registration is complete once payment is received.

Payment can be made through Givelify WV & E TN Council (specify 2025SJG in the memo) or by mail. Must be postmarked by February 1, 2025 for Early Registration and February 22, 2025 for General Registration. Once General Registration is closed; delegates can register on site at the General Registration rate.

When form is complete, Select "Submit Registration" and you will be directed to Givelify for payment.

There will be a $50.00 non-refundable fee for cancellations or no shows. Delegate will receive the registration packet and DVD's of the conference.

When mailing payments, no need to send form. Please do not send cash in the mail.
