PROGRAMME
"Affecting the Healing in the Land"
A WELCOME FROM OUR DIOCESAN

West Virginia & East Tennessee Council
Episcopal District 23, PAW, Inc.

March 3, 2023
Greetings in the High and Holy Name Jesus Christ,
I pray that you’re as enthused about joining with the delegates here as I am. The closer it came for the time for gathering, the more excited I became. The anticipation of reuniting with the saints was getting my more and more “pumped up” daily.
We haven’t had an on-site meeting for the past two years due to the COVID 19 pandemic. It was a blessing to be able to convene virtually, but for me there’s no substitute for the person-to-person interaction.
Our coordinator, District Elder Timothy Schofield, and his team have put together another outstanding program (as we’ve come to expect). The quality presentations are designed to equip each of us for more effective and efficient operation in the service of the Lord. And the conference director, Suffragan Bishop Kelvin Cash, is working toward a smooth-flowing agenda.
Thank you for participating in this marvelous event. I trust that the 2023 Samuel J. Grimes Leaders Empowerment Conference blesses you to be a greater blessing to the body of Christ.
Sincerely,
Samuel R. Moore, Diocesan
Episcopal District 23, PAW, Inc.
